Vision:

  • The elementary school multi-purpose room is envisioned as a warm and vibrant hub, blending wooden tones with soft, colorful accents to create a comfortable and engaging space.


  • This design fosters a joyful learning environment that inspires students, combining natural elements with playful aesthetics to enhance cultural and educational experiences while meeting diverse activity needs.

Design Philosophy:

 

  • The multi-purpose room embraces a design philosophy centered on warmth and vitality, using wood-striped walls and ceilings to bring natural depth and visual layering.
  • Soft pastel shades like pink, blue, and green in circular ceiling lights and storage units inject liveliness, while the light gray, textured flooring ensures durability and ease of maintenance.
  • The inclusion of functional sliding doors allows for flexible space division, reflecting a practical yet dynamic approach.

 

Decorative Elements:

  • The room features two thematic walls that enrich its decor. The first, themed “Responsibility,” uses a soothing light green backdrop with tree and leaf patterns, accented by colorful frames displaying student photos and artwork.


  • The second, “Soaring High,” boasts a modern white base with vibrant flying birds and V-shaped colorful diamond frames, symbolizing freedom and hope while showcasing student creations.

Functional Layout:

  • The layout prioritizes versatility with sliding doors that can divide the room into two private areas or open into a spacious venue for various events.

  • Movable, foldable trapezoidal desks and chairs offer flexible arrangements for group activities or storage, while an L-shaped storage platform along the wall doubles as a cushioned seating area with hidden compartments for teaching materials, complemented by high and low cabinets for additional storage.

Spatial Atmosphere:

  • The multi-purpose room exudes a cozy yet energetic ambiance, with natural wood tones and soft lighting fostering a relaxed and focused environment.

 

  • The sliding doors enhance privacy and quietness, while the playful color palette and creative wall designs inspire joy and creativity.

 

  • The cushioned storage platform and flexible furniture create a harmonious, multifunctional space ideal for learning and rest.
